It's "Starter for 10", a really cool, feel-good movie starring a very young James McAvoy. Dominic Cooper, Catherine Tate, Simon Woods and Mark Gatiss are also in it!
I recommend watching it wholeheartedly, and not only for the pleasure of seeing Benedict playing a complete prat with a giant broomstick up his arse <3
