Thank you so much, I feel honored you liked it, seriously! Especially since I had many, many qualms about writing this. I wrote RPS before, but it was mainly AU (so much it ended up having very little to do with "reality") and jrock doesn't really count in my head: slash is simply part of the marketing there, so I felt safe like that, more or less.

And then I read your fic (mostly by accident, in fact), and I swear something must have broken in my brain at that moment. I love Mark, but I don't get the gay vibes I got from, say, Jonathan Groff out of him, and Mark and Chris seem a little more "real" to me than jrockers... I dunno, I always find funny how slashers/ficcers/yaoists set their limits, like, "I like furry but I'll never write shota furry", or "I like RPS but it's only okay as long as they're both really gay and capitalizing on it" or, in the case of incest like with me, "I'm okay with brothers sleeping together but father and son is just a no-no"...

And when I read your fic I think what broke was that limit I had set about RPS. I was still terribly ashamed as I wrote it, but I just had to, because I felt there was a story I really needed to tell (plus when I told [livejournal.com profile] berylia, the angel on my right shoulder about it hoping she would stop me, she said "and it would be the first RPF I'd read too!" instead, so I was doomed)

Long reply is way too long.

(Do twenty-year-olds really not know Tetris? Really? I never actually played it, but even I know Tetris.)

Um, no, that's just me failing at writing, because Chris is supposed to be sarcastic when he says that, he wants to piss Mark off - I guess it didn't really come across, sorry about that T____T

I don't think there's anybody nowadays who doesn't know Tetris, even my mom knows it and she has geek/gamer/even general popular culture like I have a taste for shopping: absolutely zero.
