You should not apologize for the tons of OCs when they’re so well-developed. As others have already stated, the pastry chef was a highlight.
You captured the hectic pace of a kitchen well, at least based on what I’ve seen on all of those Gordon Ramsey shows.
I loved the paragraph on destruction versus creation, and how Puck learned that the latter was more satisfying. It offered a believable exhibit of what made Puck who he is in this fic.
I feel so invested in Kurt having his successful Broadway career that I feel sad that he’s retiring here. I suppose I’m intimidated by change, and I’m still looking for a dream to fulfill myself so I feel weird when I read about people who achieved their dreams but don’t want to live that life anymore. I'm also getting a sense that Kurt's fiance is playing more of a role in Kurt's decision than he's letting on. The guy seems creepy.
