sunken_standard 's fic, The Red Right Hand, which itself took inspiration from Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds' song. I know it's his *left* hand (hence the title of the fanart), it just fitted the composition better.
I'm not completely happy with it, but I do like this image I made as a preview:
Warnings and such: eeeeeeer none, I suppose. It's supposed to be a dark!Sherlock but I guess you can't really tell anyway...?
