This is Genshiken episode 20 called "Madarame full uke" - even if you're not familiar with Genshiken, trust me, watch it: it's hysterical. I've been falling off my chair laughing about twenty times while I was watching it. It's specially made us for yaoi fangirls -- I remember the comments when the video was up Youtube, guys going: "Aaaaauuggghhh I feel scarred now", "I continued watching hoping it would stop but it didn't" and girls going: "Hahaha, it was brilliant!", "OMG that was so hot!"
(PS: *am currently translating HnS chapter 7, dying of boredom, downloading Die Hard 4 because I've heard there's a McLane/nerd pairing in it, learning Japanese and spamming your friends page**but still, you really have to watch that episode and come back to squee with me on this very page**please*)
