Long time no update-y!

Well, a lot of things happened (I PASSED!!! I PASSED!!! FIRST YEAR OF JAPANESE, YOSHAAAAA!! (shit, that was hard)), a lot of projects are coming up, I'm working on another GacktxMiyavi doujin, longer, with more backgrounds and story and stuff (but it's still in its embryo form so I won't speak any more about it. Still, I swear I'll update as soon as I have something solid to show).

I'm drawing and painting a lot these days, and I'm loving it. Recently I did those:

There's a super big european anime convention coming up too, called Japan Expo, it's gonna be really huge, with Takeshi Obata (Death Note, Hikaru no Go) and X-Japan as guest stars, and I'll be selling my first yaoi doujinshi there! ***moved to tears***

And, finally... I'M GONNA BE A REAL COMICS WRITERRRR!!!! I shouldn't be saying this because there's nothing officially official yet, but I can't contain it anymore!!! ZOMG you rule! Pass Japanese = AMAZING! Comic writer -- that is sooooo yay, I can't wait to see what you come up with! Your friend's style is really accomplished, and I love your ideas and the way you storyboard things, it's gonna be so awesome! (LOL, is there any sentence in this post that doesn't end in an exclaimation mark?? I am so happy for you!) :DDD

I like those two pictures especially as a pair, my eyes keep getting pulled from one to the other--hard to explain the effect, but its as if just as I settle on looking at one, the other one starts to demand attention.

Eeeeek, thank you for your comments about the pictures, it's the greatest compliment for me! (I love Raito and L, they're one of my OTPs -- well, in episode 25 of the anime series of Death Note, they're practically getting married; their love is so canon. Aaaaah)

You're too sweet for words, my dear, thank you! And I'm truly sorry to know about the failed japanese; I can feel for you, I really can, until the last minute I wasn't sure whether I passed or not. It's a super difficult language, but don't give up; I mean, you have solid reasons to learn it: if you speak japanese, you can ravish Kame's heart! Gambatte you too!!!

Lol, I can ravish Kame's heart......this thought is gonna stay in my head for a while and what an amazing motivation to go learn japanese properly. I was totally to blame for failing it, i didn't really take it that seriously.

Your art is amazing as usual! I used to be a HUGE fan of Death Note, actually I suppose I still kinda am, just no time to follow it anymore! Which is too bad because I find it so TWISTED and INTRIGUING and just OMG SO GOOD!

And take your time little lady, it sounds like you have a lot of things going on right now (A REAL COMICS WRITER!!! OMG!!! 0_0) so no worries! I've been pretty busy myself lately, doing nothing of consequence of course, but still busy! Funny how now that school's over and we have all this time there's still no TIME!

Japanese IS hard! I'm happy you passed, learning another language is SO time consuming, hey?

Just a tip about Death Note: episode 25 of the anime series. They've added some stuff that's not in the manga and OMG TEH YAOI!!!! L and Raito for ever an OTP for me. Trust me, you HAVE to find the time at least for this.

And yeah, concerning the Japanese, I hope I can manage another year! Ganbaru, myself, so I can whisper words of love to Gackt when I meet him! (and since he's an otaku, becoming a comics writer is a surefire way to make it happen, mwahahaha!)
