Arrrrh, damn you, food-obsessed muse!

Why do I always have ideas for fics when I MOST DEFINITELY DON'T HAVE THE TIME to write anything other than what's due for my RL job?

Now I want to write Sherlock/John food porn! With sushi! (I might have to re-read the sushi chapter in Ruth Reichl's Garlic and Sapphires. Oh, woe! I *know* it'll leave me hungry for days!)(read this book, by the way, absolutely. It's one of the best books about food I've ever read, and trust me when I say I've read a fuckton in that specific genre)
And I haven't even finished my Puck/Kurt food porn WiP! WHYYYY???

And I still have to complete the genderbent femslash that's been lying around in bits on my hard drive for months! Plus there's the Epic of Gilgamesh/Sherlock/Dirk Gently/Misfits/Black Books über crossover that I still have to develop, nevermind writing it!

My life is so hard.

By the way, who wants another Sherlock rec post? I've read really good fics lately, and some might be relevant to your interests. Since my rec posts take a whole lot of time to prepare, let me know.
