I was joking with a friend, saying this was a picture of Puckzilla and Kurtzilla, except Kurt has been interrupted in his moisturizing routine, like "AAAAGGGGRRRR ROAAAAR MY SKIN IS DRY NOW I SHALL MAKE YOU PAAAAAYYYYYY GRAAAH" and Puck is like "yeah whatevs baby, take it, unf unf!"

I found this picture on the Puck You Tumblr, and somebody in the comments wrote "I read this fic where “There are only two things Puck thinks about while he masturbates. Himself. And dinosaurs.”"

I've been desperately trying to find that fic ever since, but I suspect it was just a joke. ;______; And now I feel like a puppy that's been kicked.

Kind of unrelated, but do we even know if Puck's dad is completely out of the picture? I got the impression that was the case, and Puck calls him a deadbeat, but I don't know that we ever learn for sure.

...man, how cracky would it be if Finn's mom got together with Puck's mom instead of Kurt's dad? That would rock everyone's world. Puck would freak, then come to terms with it and use it as part of his street cred ("My mom's so awesome she turned Finn's mom gay"). And Kurt would totally use the new influx of lesbianism in Finn's life as an excuse to bond with him and help him through it.

Indeed, everybody in the fandom just assumes Puck's father is gone for good, but there's just not enough precisions about it. The only time we see Puck's family is when they watch Schindler's List on TV and his dad doesn't seem to be here, but it doesn't mean his absence is permanent either. I think the writers just haven't made up their mins about it yet, so they keep it ambiguous on purpose. But since Puck mentionned his father again in Theatricality (and also mentionned he's a ROCKER and I think that's AWESOME) I guess we might see him in season 2!
I had this personnal fantasy that, since Ryan Murphy anounced that Puck or Artie might be out of a job in season 2 (implying that one of them won't be in glee club anymore), Puck's dad was always on the road, and that Puck would go on a personnal odyssey to find his dad, his road trip (where he would have to take part time jobs and figure out ways to survive an adult life) happening in parallel to the others' storyline in Glee...

...I know it's mad and just won't happen, but as long as season 2 isn't on, I keep going back to this idea and be happy with it.

Not gonna lie, I kind of want to write the fuck out of that. Mom-on-mom action, Finn and Puck antics, and Kurt being the mediator of homosexual comprehension FTW. And I wouldn't mind Puck getting to have some adventures of his own (dad-seeking or otherwise) where he can detach himself from the high school hierarchy a little and evolve beyond the Triassic period. =)

By now I'm ready to read anything you write anyway, I'm sure it would be genius. You confuse the hell out of me sometimes because your work forces me to explore parts of my mind that I didn't even know were there, but I'm weirdly grateful for that, even if said parts can seriously freak me out, hence the confusion. (does that make any sense?) I'm always curious to explore the twists and turns of the human psyche (even though I know sometimes I shouldn't futz with that shit), it's like this Freudian theory according to which all dreams are about sex, except actual sex dreams that are supposed to be about something else, so to me your fics are always about this "something else". And you're good at this "something else", believe me. That may be why your work is so terribly challenging, because it's so clever and well written, and at the same time it raises some serious questionning in me.

Bla bla bla I'm ranting, what I meant to say was,

Ahahaha, I have way too much love for that commercial. The guy was actually on Ellen at one point and she made him recite the whole thing. (Speaking of icons, omg, I just saw that chick's fanart yesterday and the comic about Kurt's nightmare put the biggest, dopiest smile one my face. PEARS. FROLICKING PEARS. THIS SHOULD BE DISTURBING, YET IT IS NOT.)

And hey, if I can convince anyone to try and read something a little out of their comfort zone, that's incredibly flattering. More so if they end up liking it. Really, quite a lot of what I churn out is just as horizon-broadening for me, too. &hearts
