I think the slash level was so high in season 1 that we're all waiting on tenterhooks to see if they can top that in season 2. I'm sure Mark definitely can XD

As for tiny!John, I'm more than guilty of having made fun of Martin's height in at least one of my fics (also, let's face it, height difference is totally hot too), but the strip was inspired by this photo I found on Tumblr

where you can see that the height difference is not as formidable as most of the fics make it out to be. One of the girls commented on Tumblr saying "Fandom has ruined me to the extent that I’m now wondering if Martin’s been photoshopped bigger here." and I kind of felt the same XD so that's the origin of this strip, anyway ^^
