No, really I'm sure of it! XD I'm absolutely sure Steven's hair is so short because he kept pulling it out of frustration, for revising Mark's work and constantly keep an eye on his slashy bits added here and there XD

And Martin is probably thinking: "Well, maybe there's a bright side in having been reduced to this minimal height by the fandom: I'm the perfect hobbit!" XD
